**Description du poste**:
**Votre Mission**:
Analyse de portefeuille d’actifs

Identification de comptes ségrégués et ouverture de comptes dans les livres des dépositaires

Paramétrages dans l’outil informatique de gestion de la relation clientèle et des opérations Custody etc
- Vous analysez la documentation nécessaire à l'établissement d'un compte selon le type de client
- Vous paramétrez et actualisez les bases de données clients ;
- Vous effectuez le suivi des demandes et s'assurer de l'exactitude des informations ;
- Vous communiquez avec les clients/ investisseurs tant par téléphone que par voie électronique.

**Profil recherché**:
**Votre expérience professionnelle**:

- Connaissance des fonds d’investissement et notamment Ucits AIF de droit Luxembourgeois
- Connaissance des Opérations Custody
- Relations clientèle et avec les providers : sous dépositaires et correspondants cash

**Vos compétences techniques**
- Connaissances VBA
- Aisance dans les outils Microsoft
- Capacité à manipuler des données et à en restituer l’essentiel face aux clients

**Vos qualités personnelles**:

- Très bonne aisance relationnelle
- Sens aigu de la relation et de la satisfaction clientèle
- Proactivité et engagement
- Rapidité d’analyse et de restitution
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais et le français (écrit, oral et conversationnel).
