Specialized in various field (Tax, Funds, Corporate, Banking), our client is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to strengthen their Corporate Team.
**About you**:
As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate restructurings. You will work closely with our clients, colleagues, and external advisors to deliver high-quality legal advice and solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents, such as share purchase agreements, merger agreements, joint venture agreements, and other corporate contracts.
- Conducting due diligence investigations, including legal, financial, and tax due diligence.
- Advising clients on corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder resolutions, and director duties.
- Assisting with regulatory filings and compliance matters.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both internal and external.
- Providing timely and accurate legal advice to clients.
- Responding to client inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.

- Mentoring and coaching junior lawyers.
- Contributing to the development of the firm's legal practice.
**Your profile**
- Qualified lawyer in Luxembourg.
- 3-7 years of experience in corporate law.
- Strong transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is essential. Any additional language skills, particularly French or German, would be advantageous.
