Luxembourg is the European Headquarters for John Deere Financial. The primary activity is providing financial services to customers and dealers who want to finance John Deere equipment.

Our financial department is currently looking for a:
**SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST (M/F/d)**
**What You’ll Do**:
- Perform various financial analysis and forecasting for the Bank’s liquidity & market's profile
- Prepare, develop and analyze financial information and reports that will serve as a support for the management’s financial decisions and business strategy for the Bank and for its subsidiaries/branches located in Europe
- Participate in the monthly analysis, controlling, and consolidation of the Bank reporting process
- Oversight the financial reporting of the Bank’s french joint venture & french subsidiary
- Participate with the development, maintenance, and presentation of financial performance reporting
- Provide insightful analyses and financial counselling to stakeholders in support of the financial objectives of the Bank
- Develop specific data analysis and KPIs
**What It Takes**:
- Degree in Accounting / Finance (University Degree 4 years or equivalent).
- 5 or more years of accounting experience (US GAAP)
- Skillset required is a combination of financial accounting with a strong passion for data analytics and process automation
- Knowledge of financial concepts such as DCF, SVA, ROE and of financial modeling
- Demonstrated capability to understand details, evaluate data, and provide insight/counsel to others
- Good communication skills. Strong team player
- Capacity to solve problems, identify options and propose a reasoned solution
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
