CTG IT Solutions is now hiring an Office Automation Expert to strengthen our team within a prestigious European Institution based in Belgium.
Your Missions
You are in charge of installation and configuration of PC, Mac and mobile devices hardware, of software components
You will participate in defining and documenting configuration of the PC or mobile devices environment
You will ensure the documenting operational support procedures and drafting technical content for knowledge database
You will provide You will provide administration of the local IT environment, directly related to workplace (the PC or mobile devices environment)
You manage software asset and licence.
**Profile**:
You are proficient in French and English
You have experience in 3rd line support
You have a very good knowledge of Windows
You have a good understanding of the different levels of security and knowledge of network
You are open to learning new technologies
