One of the ways we do this is through comprehensive product imaging solutions and automated image processing. As a Senior Product Manager in this critical role, you will be responsible for defining the strategic vision and roadmap for leveraging product imaging across the entire customer journey, from listing to fulfilment and returns. Your primary focus will be on working cross-functionally to maximize the utilization of product images, consolidate the various imaging solutions owned by different technical teams, and improve the overall approach to address safety, compliance, and quality concerns. This will involve gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders, including policy teams, and collaborating with engineering and science teams to leverage automation and machine learning technologies. Successful applicants will have experience working with tech/non-tech teams, extensive analytic, program management and strategic stakeholder management experience. You will be at the center of exciting product initiatives that span across teams located all over the world. You bring experience in delivering end to end products, have exposure to automation and machine learning, have a clear with eye for detail, numbers, creating roadmaps with competing priorities, defining measurable success criteria and bring all stakeholders along. You are a problem solver, have great communication skills, are able to influence stakeholders and work well with functional global teams. You are well versed in working effectively in a fast-moving environment and are customer obsessed as a product leader. Key job responsibilities Define the holistic product vision and roadmap for imaging solutions, considering the diverse use cases related to safety, compliance, authenticity, and quality across the entire product lifecycle. Develop clear and comprehensive requirements, working closely with partner tech teams to deliver an optimal solution that addresses the needs of customers, and the business, while reducing friction. Take a lead role in gathering requirements from dependent businesses, draft and present business requirements documents (BRDs) and prioritization plans Manage the relationship with the engineering and science teams to ensure effective implementation of deliverables Partner with the program team and other relevant teams to understand policy and process gaps, and develop solutions to address them Explore opportunities to develop cost-to-serve reduction strategies, including the potential to leverage imaging capabilities beyond the core use cases of safety and compliance. Champion the adoption of the consolidated imaging solution across the organization, ensuring it becomes the singular approach for all relevant use cases and eliminates friction for customers. A day in the life Own the product roadmap, strategically prioritize product features on the product roadmap Work with program and partner teams and understand requirements, use data to assess and prioritize the requirements Work with support teams such as engineering and science teams leveraging automation/ML for outcomes Be a thought leader for the imaging solutions within the team and the larger scope of Trustworthy Shopping Experience
