With more than 1,000 employees in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and relying on the strengths of a group present in more than 40 countries, ING offers to his customers, individuals and entities, a wide range of solutions and financial services.
ING Luxembourg is looking for a Trainee (duration of 6 or 12 months; full time or part time) for his Corporate Actions service (team of 10 people).
Your mission:
As Corporate Actions Trainee, your mission will be to monitor, account:
- Income operations: dividend, interest payments relating to securities products;
- Events: operations occurring during the life of securities: merger, subscriptions, Tender offer, stock split
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Monitoring / accounting of incomes, events operations;
- Monitoring / processing of client’s instructions;
- Management of Treasury advice;
- Follow-up of Cash and Securities pending;
- Activities must be treated in respect to the different regulations in place.
Your mission will allow you to have a good overview of the Corporate Actions activity, but also to the other securities operations which can affect the Corporate Actions activity.
Technical and behavior competencies:
- Bachelor level with financial orientation,
- Excellent judgment and organizational skills,
- Ability to work in autonomy,
- Fluent in French and good knowledge in English.
