**Your profile**:
- Eligibility requirements of SIGCOM:_
- Convex/non-convex optimization
- Signal processing and general communications background
- Programming skills in MATLAB and/or Python
- Good writing and oral presentation skills
- Eligibility requirements of MSCA:_
- Resubmission: Allowed if a proposal scores at least 70%
- Mobility rule: _Must not have resided or carried out main activity in Luxembourg for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before their recruitment date (N.B.: includes remote work)_
- Only one proposal per individual can be submitted
- Secondments can take up to one-third of the duration of the fellowship
