**Start-date: 16/09/2024 - End date: 31/12/2024.**
**Location: 100% onsite.**
The consultant will assist the client in the following:
**DTP**
- Accompany DTO management in definition of strategic frameworks, such as Business Value, IT Product strategy, Process culture (ownership, optimisation, performance & monitoring ) and related artefacts.
- Support operationalisation of frameworks: organise awareness/train ing sessions, guide people during implementation phase, ensure materials availability, manage change.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to business.
**ORGANISATION, COMMUNICATION, BEHAVIOUR**
- Provide support on communication around framework deployment and achievements.
- Provide support on communication around activities of unit and its achievements, at Digital Transformation Programme level as well as to Senior Management.
- Promote digital and Agility mind-set.
- Help EIB community to adopt new ways of working.
**COMPETENCE**
- Analysis: synthetical skillset, analytical mindset, problem solver and communicator. Able to identify and articulate business and functional information. Able to propose solutions. Not afraid of details, but able to abstract and be pragmatic.
- Facilitation: workshop facilitation technics and tools, experience as trainer/coach
- Communication skills supported by various experience working with an audience with a broad range of cultural and professional background.
- Professional experience in at least one of the following fields: Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Operational Change management.
- M365 suite.
