Tu es un.e graphiste hors pair et tu souhaites mettre ton talent au service d’une bonne cause ? Tu es une fine plume aussi bien sur Illustrator qu’à l’écrit ? Tu as de l’expérience dans le design et tu aimerais en faire profiter une marque féministe à gros potentiel image, créée par trois graphistes ?

**La marque**

REPEAT est une jeune marque française engagée, éthique et écoresponsable qui lutte contre la précarité menstruelle en proposant des culottes de règles de grande qualité au prix le plus juste. Nous avons pour objectif de devenir un réel mouvement social positif pour le confort de toutes les personnes ayant leurs règles.

**Le job**

Nous recherchons avant tout un.e créatif.ve capable de créer des contenus publicitaires engageants et performants qui propulsera notre croissance en ligne.

**La mission**

Créer des visuels, des photos, des animations ou des courtes vidéos (tournage et montage) en accord avec notre charte graphique et nos messages.

Suivre la stratégie marketing dans la création des visuels.

Utiliser sa plume pour proposer du wording et du concept publicitaire.

**Tes qualités**

L’expérience du monde des boutiques physiques étant un plus, tu dois surtout être:
✏️ Être en veille constante de nouvelles idées créatives.

Travailler main dans la main avec l’équipe marketing et stratégique.

Capable de prendre des initiatives et d'être très proactif.ve.

Capable de travailler en toute autonomie.

Grande force de proposition et beaucoup d’imagination.

Capacité à comprendre et à s'approprier la psychologie des client.e.s.

Solide maîtrise de la suite Adobe (PS, AI, INDD, AE, PP).

Intarissable sur des sujets sociaux, éthiques et environnementaux. Et bien sûr, sur les règles.

Une vive compréhension du marketing.

Une expérience intermédiaire ou avancée dans la création publicitaire sur Facebook et Instagram ou tout autre support publicitaire (Pinterest, Tik Tok, Snapchat) est grandement valorisée.

La maîtrise du HTML/CSS ou tout autre langage de programmation est grandement appréciée.

De véritables aptitudes rédactionnelles.

Savoir parler anglais, et italien / allemand en plus.

Un attrait pour la photo et la vidéo.

Des qualités en motion design et illustration.
