**Vos responsabilités:
- Mettre en place la stratégie décidée avec votre hiérarchie afin d'atteindre les objectifs financiers du marché Wealth Management Luxembourg
- Promouvoir la collaboration avec les autres équipes Wealth Management ainsi qu'avec les équipes qui gèrent les autres segments de clients, notamment Retail et Corporate, dans un objectif de croissance. Promouvoir les services et départements à valeur ajoutée pour les clients comme Investment Advisory, Wealth Analysis & Planning et Corporate Finance
- Piloter le développement de l'activité Wealth Management Luxembourg
- Encadrer une équipe d'une dizaine de Relationship Managers sur 3 sites différents
- Développer la relation commerciale avec les clients et les prospects les plus importants de votre périmètre
- Coaching des Relationship Managers et formation active des juniors et nouveaux arrivés
- Fixation des objectifs, développement des compétences des collaborateurs
- Évaluation de la performance des collaborateurs
- Veiller au respect de la promesse de valeur
- Prise en charge (ou support actif) de tous les dossiers complexes (MIFID / compliance, clients UHNWI)
- Gestion des réclamations
- Suivi permanent de la qualité de services prestés
- Sales Management : suivi mensuel des objectifs et revenus découlant de l'activité commerciale de chaque Relationship Manager
- Veiller au respect des procédures et à la conformité réglementaires des activités (MIFID et compliance)

**Vos compétences:
- Master en Finance, Economie ou Gestion
- Expérience de minimum 5 ans dans une fonction managériale
- Aisance relationnelle, sens commercial prononcé
- Capacité à gérer des relations commerciales complexes
- Langues indispensables : luxembourgeois, français et anglais, toute autre langue est un atout
- Bonne connaissance des processus liés à l'activité de Wealth Management et des obligations de conformité
- Solide compréhension de l'ensemble des produits financiers et de l'offre Wealth Management
- Maîtrise des aspects liés à la planification patrimoniale et à la fiscalité luxembourgeoise
