**FundPartner Solutions** provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

As a member of the **Mobile Team & Reporting**, you will be part of the Technology & Operations (T&O) Fund Operations Transformation unit, responsible for operational strategy and transformation projects within FundPartner Solution S.A.
Your mission will be to create the conditions to promote improvement, innovation and you will actively work to share and implement best practices.

**Your role**:

- You will analyse operational processes in collaboration with operational and technical teams in order to identify optimization points.
- As a performance improvement player, you will be occasionally integrated into operational teams within Fund Partner Solution S.A. to provide support, to develop your knowledge of our processes, and to identify potential optimizations.
- You will implement cost/benefit/feasibility assessments of actions in order to prioritize improvement actions.
- You will develop the transformation by integrating change management and the onboarding of project stakeholders.
- You will ensure the monitoring of transformation performance within our organization and be responsible for reporting it to the Management.
- You will participate in sharing experiences and best practices within the Pictet group's Black Belt community, particularly in Geneva.

**Your profile**:

- You hold a master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- You have a strong background in project management and change management. You have a good understanding of Lean methodologies.
- You have previous experience in the investment fund or banking sector.
- Ideally, you have experience working in a consulting firm.
- You are diligent in achieving your objectives, possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work on high-stakes projects.
- You have a commitment-oriented mindset and a team spirit.
- You are fluent in speaking and writing English (being proficient in French will be a strong advantage).
