**À propos du restaurant**: Situé au cœur de la ville, _OiO_ est un restaurant gastronomique italien contemporain, où la passion de la cuisine rencontre l’élégance du service. Notre équipe incarne l’esprit chaleureux de l’Italie, dans un cadre raffiné et convivial.

**Missions principales**:

- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients et leur offrir une expérience personnalisée.
- Présenter les plats et vins avec passion, en mettant en avant l’authenticité de notre cuisine.
- Assurer le service en collaboration avec les collegues.
- Veiller à la fluidité du service, à la propreté et au respect des standards OiO.
- Participer activement à la mise en place, au briefing et aux clôtures de service.

**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience confirmée dans un restaurant gastronomique ou étoilé.
- Sens développé de l’accueil, du détail et de l’élégance.
- Intérêt marqué pour la culture et la cuisine italienne contemporaine.
- Autonomie, esprit d’équipe et capacité à gérer le rythme intense d’un service.
- Anglais courant ; l’italien ou le francaise sont un plus apprécié.
