We are looking for a lawyer to join our Pan-EU Retail team, as the primary legal support for businesses such as Automotive and After Market Services.
The position is based at our European headquarters in Luxembourg. Some travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising senior business leads on legal and strategic matters, including in the field of regulatory compliance, consumer, IP and competition law.
- Planning, advising and implementing legal programs and improvements to support and protect the business and enhance customer experience.
- Training business and stakeholder teams on legal issues and company policies and processes.
- Communicating effectively on legal and policy issues.
- Negotiating, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts.
- Handling pre-litigation and legal disputes and inquiries.
- A team player and consensus builder with great people skills and a good sense of humor who can effectively and efficiently collaborate and build relationships with attorneys and business clients at all levels throughout the organization.
- Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity.
