This is an individual contributor role.
Key job responsibilities
- EU Growth and Country Leadership: Manage growth (customer adoption, engagement, retention) and goals for Business Prime in the EU. Drive adoption of Business Prime via sales and marketing channels.
- Sales enablement: Work with AB sales in the EU to ensure our sales teams members understand how to have customers adopt Business Prime at scale and drive rapid adoption of Business Prime benefits.
- Promotions, Pricing and Plans: Collaborate with Business Prime team, Sales Agents, Customer Advisors, Data Science and Finance partners on promotions, incentives, pricing and global plan structure.
- Customer Insights and PRFAQs: Use voice of the customer mechanisms to glean EU customer needs that can be uniquely met Business Prime. Work backwards from the customer to create compelling proposals for EU-specific product requirements. This may result in further work with User Experience Design and engineering teams to define detailed requirements.
