Provide tailored corporate advice and innovative solutions to major entities, including listed companies, private equity, real estate, hedge funds, high-net-worth individuals, and financial institutions.
- Lead in cross-border corporate, M&A, private equity, and real estate transactions, managing due diligence, drafting agreements, and supporting signing and closing processes.
- Take a leading role in transactions (running due diligence, drafting and assisting in negotiations of SPA / JVA, assisting with signing and closing).
- Work on transactional mandates involving the set-up, conversion (domestically and internationally) and liquidation of Luxembourg vehicles as well as restructurings, intra-group (re)financings and corporate house-keeping assignments.
- Conduct training sessions, contribute to legal publications, and mentor junior associates and trainees.
- Engage in business development activities. Business law degree (first state exam in Germany, Master 2 from Belgium, Luxembourg, or France), ideally with a post-graduate degree in business law, business administration, or finance.
- Registered attorney with the Luxembourg bar or eligible under a foreign home title.
- Minimum 6 years of experience at a leading Luxembourg law firm with transactional focus.
- Fluent in English and French, German is an asset.
- Robust business insight, keen to enhance firm-wide growth.
