Our Digital Business Services entity is hiring a Software Developer to play a key role in the delivery of our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

**What will you accomplish?**
- Design, Implement and develop end-to-end processes to automate on RPA platforms
- Analyze the functional specifications describing the step-by-step computer gestures made by an operator
- Partnering with process experts to gather business requirements from stakeholders
- Maintain automated processes during their production lifecycle
- Identify reusable components through different processes
- Produce the corresponding functional & technical documentation

**Who are we looking for?**
- You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent certification in Computer Science
- 2+ years’ experience with Blueprism
- Experience with OCR
- Experience with Datacap or willing to learn and work on projects on it
- A programming background in Java or.NET
- A strong interest for the connection between IT and Process Improvement / re-engineering
- Fluency in English
- You are eager to work in a team and exceed your customers’ expectations
- You are autonomous and demonstrate a very good sense of responsibility and initiative
- You have excellent analytical skills (UML Method) and the ability to meet strict deadlines
