Nous sommes mandatés en exclusivité par une institution financière de la place pour recruter leur Risk Manager. Il s'agit d'une structure de taille moyenne dont le siège est à Luxembourg ville et dont le rayonnement est international.

Le poste est fortement axé sur le risque opérationnel. Il s'agit d'un poste de Responsable des Risques avec une forte exposition sur toutes les lignes de métier dans un environnement très dynamique. Ce role n'implique pas de gestion d'une équipe.

**Principales responsabilités**:
Contrôler et mettre à jour la cartographie et la matrice des risques (y compris l'exécution des plans d'action définis)

Effectuer des contrôles de deuxième niveau pour vérifier l'efficacité du système de gestion des risques

Assister les équipes opérationnelles dans leurs évaluations régulières des risques

Effectuer des contrôles préalables et des évaluations des risques (notamment pour les nouveaux produits et services)

Assurer le suivi des incidents, résoudre les problèmes et contribuer aux mesures d'atténuation des risques.

Veiller à ce qu'une réglementation interne adéquate soit en place

Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et des procédures liées aux risques

Prendre part à la stratégie globale en participant activement à des projets internes

Contrôler et améliorer les procédures de continuité des activités et de reprise après sinistre

Améliorer en permanence les cadres de contrôle interne et de gestion des risques

Soutenir l'audit interne et externe ainsi que la conformité sur les questions de gestion des risques

Former et sensibiliser le personnel aux questions de gestion des risques

**Profil recherché**:
Diplôme supérieur en droit, finance, économie ou gestion

7 ans d'expérience minimum en gestion des risques opérationnels au sein d'une société financière ou en cabinet de conseil (au Luxembourg ou dans un pays frontalier)

Une connaissance de la gestion des risques IT et un intéret pour les marchés financiers seraient des atouts

Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et capacités reconnues à interagir avec la Direction

Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français

Capacités d'organisation et de gestion du temps et orienté solutions
