**About the team**

You will be part of a team of experts in fund accounting located in Luxembourg.

**What you will be doing**
- Maintain and control the general ledger and various sub-ledgers.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements.
- Assist with client onboarding such as loading of client's tax lots, cash balance and trial balance onto the accounting platform.
- Assist in year-end audit by providing backup documentation for sampling selected by client's auditors.
- Responsible for reviewing capital activity that pertains to the funds including capital calls, distributions, rebalances and transfers.
- Prepare and review fee calculations including management fees, administration fees, incentive fee and carried interest calculations.
- Ensure all work undertaken complies with the Fund’s or Company’s documentation, relevant regulatory requirements.
- Undertake company secretarial tasks such as preparation and organization of AGM’s, EGM’s and Board meetings, and taking the minutes of the meetings.
- Undertake general administration tasks for our clients.
- Respond to investors and clients’ queries.
- Liaising with external parties and work closely with clients to resolve inquiries and ensure client satisfaction and work well in a team environment to achieve common goals.
- Annual filings in respect of Luxembourg vehicles.
- Co-ordinate tax filings.
- Set up investor accounts on the investor record keeping system.
- Perform AML/KYC checks on clients and investors.
- Process investor transaction activity.

**What you bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or Business or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous fund accounting experience in Luxembourg.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- You are able to work in a team and ability to work under pressure.

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Good knowledge of German or French.
- Familiarity with closed ended alternative investment funds.
- Good knowledge in domiciliation, transfer agency/KYC are considered a plus and can be trained.
