**CRM Administrator (M/F)**:
**MISSIONS**:
The CRM Administrator is responsible for maintaining our SugarCRM system including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows and security. The job consists in assisting the CRM Manager on implementing the defined CRM strategy in all technical (IT) matters. He ensures that all data is accurate and up to date, does on the job training for users and helpdesk support.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY**:
**Implementation of CRM Strategy**:
- Assist and back-up the CRM Manager
- Define and assign users rights and privileges within the database CRM System
- Create workflows and BPM Business Process Management
- Participate to solving IT issues and adaption to SugarCRM’s needs
- Work close with our IT department, the CRM integrator and other 3rd party vendors to maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform
- Training and helpdesk support
**Support to CRM activities**:
- Ensure that data is accurately maintained, providing oversight and monitoring of data entry
- Responsible for global changes, clean ups, system maintenance and database procedures
- Identify and implement business process improvements i.e. through automated routines to perform tasks.
- Manage and track CRM projects in Jira
- Create CRM reports, according to business needs.
- Verify encodings of new companies/contacts/offers
- Synchronization of Marketing campaigns and events with CRM
- Update ERP- CRM
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**:A** **Minimum of Bachelor degree (Bac +3) in computer science, information technology or equivalent.
**Skills and profile**:
- A first successful experience as CRM Administrator or in a related job (ex: SugarCRM, Salesforce, Dynamics )
- Knowledge of an ERP tool (ex: Navision)
- Project Management and follow-up (Jira, Gant)
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools (SQL, databases), CMS Wordpress (html, javascript, php), Business Intelligence (QlikView, Power BI)
- Very good EXCEL knowledge
- A good knowledge of Talend is an advantage (Java)
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and within a team
- Internal customer orientation and with external consultants
- Proactive and Open-minded towards new technologies
- Ability to challenge IT consultants
- Good organizational and project management skills
**Languages**:The knowledge of French and English is mandatory. Luxembourgish is considered as an asset
