Full time position based in Luxembourg City
- OffWorld is a robotics startup working on developing a mobile robotic workforce for heavy industrial jobs on Earth, Moon, asteroids & Mars. OffWorld was founded by an experienced engineering team drawing on decades of tackling formidable engineering challenges at NASA, ESA, NOAA, Maxar Technologies, CERN, Reaction Engines, SAFRAN, Surrey Satellites and Cisco. OffWorld’s first challenge is developing and maturing a modular robotic system for extreme environments on Earth. Our robots will go deeper underground and further on Earth than humans can, eliminate the need for humans to work in life-threatening environments in mining, construction, tunneling and other dangerous industries, and dramatically reduce the environmental footprint and cost of operations in key economies on Earth and beyond._
- OffWorld Europe SARL, based in Luxembourg, is an affiliate of OffWorld, Inc. (OffWorld US), with its headquarters in Los Angeles, California. Combined with its South Africa & Australia operations, OffWorld currently has over 75 team members and over 6,000 sqm of engineering facilities. OffWorld Europe is focused on developing and deploying modules for the extraction and storage of resources on the Moon._

**Responsibilities**:

- Support procurement decisions for laboratory setup and equipment.
- Design and develop organizational charts for the lab and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in the laboratory.
- Identify equipment and facility needs and submit procurement documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory areas.
- Coordinate the use of lab equipment and resources among team members.
- Monitor and track lab inventory and supplies.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory documentation and records.
- Support technical staff in laboratory-related tasks as needed.
- Oversee laboratory safety training and drills for all staff.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of laboratory policies and procedures.

To hit the ground running, you need:

- Bachelor's degree in a STEM related field
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and regulations
