**About the Role**:
For our **Ferrero HQ** **in Luxembourg**, we're searching for an enthusiastic intern to join our **Supply Chain department** for a **6-month internship starting in September**.

**Main Responsibilities**:
You'll support the planning of the Product With Surprises, focusing on two key areas: Demand Management and Time Management.

In Demand Management, your responsibilities will include liaising with markets to gather forecast input, ensuring consistent volumes and accurate uploads by Business Units. You'll conduct thorough analysis of volume data, checking for consistency in demand releases across various parameters such as volume deltas, variations by Surprises family, and monthly splits. Additionally, you'll ensure the integrity of Masterdata codes, collaborating closely with Marketing, and maintain regular alignment with Area Marketing for updates.

Regarding Time Management, you'll assist the team in identifying delays and proposing potential solutions in Surprise Development. This involves supporting monthly structural checks to maintain alignment among all stakeholders. Furthermore, you'll contribute to process reviews aimed at identifying areas for improvement, facilitating a more efficient and effective workflow.

**Who we are looking for**:
Thanks to your Master degree in the Engineering or Supply Chain/Production field, you bring a unique perspective that will be instrumental in our collaborative efforts. Your understanding of production planning processes is a key asset, ensuring your contributions align seamlessly with our operational objectives. Your curiosity for, and understanding of, the local supply chain and plants' environment will further enhance your ability to navigate the complexities of our dynamic landscape.

Your proficiency in the MS Office package, with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint, will help you effectively analyze and communicate crucial information. You are fluent in English with strong communication skills and an analytical mindset, play a vital role in fostering effective collaboration and driving insightful decision-making processes.
