**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement EmTroniX’s external communication plan to align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Manage and grow relationships with the media, responding to inquiries and implementing a press strategy.
- Create and distribute press releases, managing media relations to promote the company’s products and achievements.
- Oversee brand management efforts, including the promotion and positioning of the EmTroniX NewSpace product portfolio.
- Develop creative solutions for promoting company branding through various external channels (advertising, press, digital media,).
- Manage and maintain the company website (WordPress) ensuring up-to-date and relevant content.
- Coordinate logistics and marketing support for events and conferences, including company participation and sponsorships.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring they reflect the company’s identity and meet strategic objectives.
- Oversee content creation, including flyers, videos, datasheets, roll-ups, and company identity.
- Develop and manage EmTroniX’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain communication templates and marketing materials.
- Act as the external identity keeper, ensuring communication aligns with EmTroniX values, vision, and mission.
- Support cross-departmental communication, ensuring smooth and consistent information flow across teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align communication efforts with sales strategies and objectives.
- Assist the management in developing company presentations and materials for external meetings, pitches, and investor relations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry to ensure communications are accurate and effective.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**:

- Knowledge of the Space industry and its market dynamics.
- Knowledge of the European press ecosystem.
- Photography and video editing.
- Graphic design expertise.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) or Affinity Designer,
WordPress and MS SharePoint web site management.
- Experience managing and developing content for social media platforms and websites.
- Ability to work autonomously and evolve in a technically complex environment.
- Fluency in English and French is required. German is a strong asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various
audiences.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
