**About the Role**:
For our HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for an **intern who will support the Group Overheads Controlling team with a specific focus on Group IT Controlling duties related to IT CAPEX.**
**Main Responsibilities**:
In this position, you will** support the controlling activities related to Group Overheads **by performing monthly quantitative analysis on variances Planning Vs Actual and identifying the qualitative reasons behind the identified variances. Moreover, you will **help in drafting ad hoc, monthly and yearly reports **on plans and variances; **collaborating in the Group Overheads Budget process** and **establishing a solid and collaborative relationship with the Overheads Controlling team** acting as a team player in managing changes in priorities and peaks in workload.
On top of that, the position will have a specific focus on **IT Controlling.**
You will explore how to **support the financial oversight of IT Capex investments within the Ferrero Group** (Central and Local) and how to** support financial planning (**Budget, Forecast etc.), **review and approval of investment proposals**, support managerial reporting.
**Supporting IT CAPEX Controller on monthly financial closure related to Group IT Capex**, and **supporting IT CAPEX Controller on management and maintenance of IT Capex Planning Tool **(Oracle) will be as well managed by you.

**Profile**
- **Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field**;
- Interest in IT topics;
- Curiosity and commitment to learn;
- Flexibility.
**IT Skills**
- **Knowledge of Microsoft Office**, especially Excel;
- SAP and Oracle are considered a plus.
**Languages**
- **Fluent in English.**
