Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our network operations programs. The successful candidate will own and implement strategic initiatives to improve our ATS network operations flow and drive cost out initiatives. Programs in this domain will impact all miles in Europe, including first mile, Customer Fulfillment Centers, ATS Sort Centers, and Last Mile Delivery Stations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to improve end-to-end network flow and yield free cash flow for the wider organization.
- Set and clarify business requirements and targets with the team.
- Document and analyze standard and new processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify, test, and validate innovative solutions to meet and exceed business requirements.
- Work with teams across the EU region to build alignment and secure stakeholder buy-in.
As a Senior PM, you will work on multiple large-scale initiatives, driving highly ambiguous and complex problems to deliver actionable results. You will collaborate with other teams to maximize impact and inherent cross-functional responsibilities include working across organizations and engaging with other Project/Program Managers and Senior Leadership.
About the TeamThe Amazon Transportation Services (EU ATS) team develops and applies innovative transportation management concepts to enhance the transportation network and bring the best customer experience. We are a high-powered creative team shaping the future of transportation planning and execution.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in program or project management.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
