Job OverviewThis part-time internship contract with a duration of 6 to 12 months offers an opportunity to kick-start your career in the world of communications and PR. As a Digital Communications Specialist, you will assist the Com & PR team with their daily activities aimed at raising awareness for Advanzia, fine-tuning our image, and streamlining internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation: Craft engaging stories for our internal communications and corporate platforms. Develop fun intranet articles, sleek website copy, insightful reports, clear guidelines, and captivating keynote presentations.
- Website Upkeep: Implement updates on our CMS, ensuring our digital front door is always looking its best.
- Media Relations: Create compelling social media content and monitor our coverage in both print and online channels.
- Marketing & Sales Support: Assist our Cards-as-a-Service teams in preparing presentations, organising events, and creating marketing materials.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Communications, Marketing, Languages, or Business. You should be fluent in English, our corporate language, and have a keen eye for detail. Additionally, you should have experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). We also welcome candidates with prior experience from previous internships.
