About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our Trustworthy Shopping Experience team in Europe. As a key member of our DSA Compliance Office, you will be responsible for ensuring Amazon's compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and related regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to the DSA and other relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Support external audits, monitoring, and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for business stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Design and deliver training programs on compliance topics to support business stakeholders.
About You:
We're looking for a candidate with 4+ years of experience in audit, compliance program, or risk management. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, and proficiency in English and at least one other European language is essential.
