Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified professional with strong experience in company secretarial and administrative matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient preparation, organization, and coordination of tasks and actions related to corporate governance.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the preparation and communication of agendas, supporting documents, and drafting minutes.
  • Coordinate meetings of the board of directors and monitor work performed by relevant service providers.
  • Assist with maintenance of statutory registers and databases for subsidiary entities.
