Security Risk Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security & Risk Specialist to join our team. As an IT Security & Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, overseeing security and risk activities as well as analyzing responses to threats in a multi-tenant shared services center environment.
Your role will involve identifying vulnerabilities in our current IT landscape, developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure our environment, reviewing and defining security and risk policies, and keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying Vulnerabilities: Identify potential weaknesses in our current IT infrastructure and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Implementing Security Measures: Develop and implement a comprehensive security plan to protect our environment from cyber threats.
- Reviewing Security Policies: Review and refine existing security policies to ensure they align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Staying Up-to-Date with IT Security Standards: Stay informed about the latest developments in IT security standards and threats to ensure our environment remains secure.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business informatics, information/security systems, or a related field.
- Sound experience in IT security, including advisory roles and successful experience as an IT Security Officer (ITSO) or Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
- Solid IT knowledge, including firewall solutions, web application firewalls, vulnerability management, endpoint security solutions, threat intelligence and analysis, and cloud environments/shared services centers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
