Tax Consultant: Transfer Pricing Expert

Your role at Forvis Mazars involves collaborating with senior team members to analyze client needs and deliver tailored transfer pricing solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting Local Files, master Files, and other transfer pricing compliance reports to meet OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- Supporting Economic and Financial Analysis, including Benchmarking Analysis using economic databases to determine arm's length pricing for intercompany transactions.
- Conducting Functional Analyses to assess the contribution of entities within a group to the value chain and ensure appropriate pricing of intergroup transactions.
- Staying informed on regulatory changes and updating the team on transfer pricing developments.
- Participating in Client Engagements, assisting in preparing presentations, reports, and materials for client meetings and supporting discussions with tax authorities when necessary.
About You:
- A Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, or Law is required.
- Prior experience in transfer pricing is ideal, preferably in Luxembourg or an international consulting environment.
- Familiarity with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and basic principles of international taxation is essential.
- Experience with transfer pricing tools is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Motivation to learn and develop expertise in transfer pricing is key.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment are essential.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail are critical.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines is vital.
- Fluency in English is a requirement; knowledge of additional languages like French, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus.
