Business Development Manager

Are you a seasoned professional looking to enhance your career in Private Banking/Wealth Management? Do you have a passion for innovation and a drive to deliver exceptional client service?

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing the business strategy to grow and diversify our client base. Your challenge will be to sustainably strengthen our revenue base through strategic networking, client acquisition, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand our client base.
  • Nurture professional and personal relationships with clients to introduce new contacts and strengthen existing ones.
  • Represent a sales and performance culture, leveraging technology to increase contact points with clients.
  • Visit clients regularly to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
  • Collaborate on effective marketing activities and client events to drive business growth.


Requirements:
  • A mature professional with extensive experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management.
  • A strong track record in client acquisition and business development, particularly in an international environment.
  • A client-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Experience in tax matters and knowledge of legal and insurance structures is beneficial.
  • A thorough understanding of financial markets and client expectations is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact successfully with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications and a willingness to adapt to new media and systems.
  • Fluency in English; Danish is also required; German and other Nordic languages are considered advantageous.
