We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT/IP lawyer to join our team. As an IT/IP lawyer, you will play a key role in advising clients on data protection matters and ensuring their compliance with GDPR and other relevant privacy regulations.

Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT-related documents, such as contracts and service agreements. You will also act in your clients' best interests during pre-litigation phases and represent them in litigation proceedings.

You will stay up to date with changes in data protection laws and contribute to the development of internal compliance strategies and training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

You should be highly motivated and eager to further develop your expertise by working on complex and intellectually stimulating cases. You should also be a strong team player but also capable of working independently when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT/IP lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
