Senior Prudential Analyst

Mission Overview
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a portfolio of Specialised PFS, focusing on DPAAIF authorisations.
- Develop and implement tools for the prudential supervision of Specialised PFS authorised as DPAAIF.
- Evaluate AIFM regulation issues.
- Compose opinions, notes, or observations related to DPAAIF activities.
- Collaborate with other departments on files and topics specific to DPAAIF.
- Hold a degree in law, economics, finance, or business administration and management (Bac+4 / Bac+5).
- Have at least 5 years' experience in custodian functions for AIF.
- Possess good knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for DPAAIFs and AIFs.
- Familiarity with crypto asset handling is an asset.
- Proficient in French and English; Luxembourgish and/or German is beneficial.
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively.
- Critical thinking and analytical summarising skills are essential.
- Rigour and organisational follow-up skills are required.
The ideal candidate will be appointed as a public employee under a permanent contract. If eligible, they will be asked to apply for civil servant status.
Prior to contract signing, candidates must submit an extract from the criminal record dated less than 2 months prior to prove conduct and integrity.
