We are seeking a seasoned Tax Compliance Manager to lead our tax compliance operations in the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise all filing and reporting obligations to ensure timely compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead a team of tax professionals, guiding them on VAT registrations, functional currency and fiscal unity requests, and variable interest computations.
- Review and prepare VAT/CIT returns, verifying accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate US tax elections for holding and property companies, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain internal records of tax filings and compliance calendar, guaranteeing up-to-date information.
- Master's degree in Tax, Economics, or Finance.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a big four company or equivalent in-house tax compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate Investment environment is an asset.
- Fluent English is mandatory; French, German, or Dutch is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
