We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Strategy advisory team in Luxembourg.
This role is part of the Alternatives Investment Management domain, where you will be working closely with clients to provide strategic advice on their operations, processes, and systems.
Your responsibilities will include participating in client engagement projects, crafting tailored deliverables, and developing expertise in the Alternatives Investment Management industry.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting client engagement projects within the Alternatives Investment Management domain.
- Crafting tailored deliverables to meet client requirements.
- Developing expertise in Alternatives Investment Management to advise clients and develop eminence.
- Optimizing client performance through new organization, processes, controls, and technology transformation advisory.
- Improving client performance by advising on organizational changes, refining processes, strengthening controls, and transforming technology.
- Assisting in guiding a team of junior consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- A Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar field.
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in the Financial Services sector, preferably in Banking, Investment Management, or Wealth Management.
- Knowledge of Alternatives Investment Management operations and/or regulatory framework and different roles in the value chain.
- Proven experience in business or digital transformation (e.g. PMO, BA, Testing).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French or German; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
