Job Overview

CSC Global seeks a highly skilled Securities Transaction Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of securitization and structured finance transactions.

About the Role

In this role, you will communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate transactions. You will promote a client-centric culture by providing timely responses to client inquiries and ensuring professionalism in all interactions.

You will analyze and evaluate client requests, draft CSC services agreements, and ensure the proper handling of transactions. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely completion of internal processes.

Requirements
  • A Master's degree or professional studies in law with a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in financial services, international law, tax, or trust environments.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Additional languages are considered an advantage.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the company's global presence.
