We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Associate Director – Tax in Luxembourg for a permanent contract. In this role, you will work under the supervision of more senior team members to handle a portfolio of investment projects in various jurisdictions, from the acquisition phase until disposal.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate tax due diligence processes for new acquisitions and disposals with external tax advisors.
- Share and collaborate closely with other departments in Luxembourg and London.
- Review acquisition/sale documentation and their tax implications for funds and investment structures.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Master’s degree in Tax, Economics, Finance or Business law, and have relevant experience in transactions within the tax department of an investment management company, consulting or accounting firm. Fluency in English is mandatory, with any additional foreign languages being a plus. You should also demonstrate commitment and responsibility, excellent communication and organizational skills, and be proactive, rigorous and able to multitask.
