Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading institution in the industry as a Senior Client Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Belgian and Dutch partners, providing day-to-day operational and administrative support, and collaborating closely with various teams to resolve inquiries and support cross-functional workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for institutional clients and partners (brokers, asset managers, custodian banks) from Belgium and the Netherlands
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new partners
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Wealth Planning, Sales, and Asset Controlling teams to resolve inquiries and support cross-functional workflows
- Coordinate client requests and ensure regulatory compliance, particularly related to AML procedures
- Participate in internal projects and contribute to the evolution of client servicing standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar client services or partner management role within the financial services or life insurance (LPS) industry
- Fluent in Dutch and French (written and spoken), this is mandatory
- Professional level of English is a strong advantage
- Strong client orientation, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach
- Rigorous and structured work style with solid organizational abilities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
