Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to join our team at Manpower Luxembourg Intérim SA. As a key member of our procurement service center, you will be responsible for managing supplier registrations, master data, purchase orders, and contract enablement.

About the Role

This is a temporary contract position requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a secondary education or apprenticeship, with a university degree being an advantage. Preferably, 1-2 years of experience in back office administration or customer service is desired.

Responsibilities
  • Supplier registration and master data management
  • Purchase orders creation and modifications
  • Purchase requisition review
  • Contract enablement in system
  • Support for accounting issues and invoicing flow
  • Coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills in English, with any additional languages being a plus. Basic SAP knowledge and Excel proficiency are essential. Key competencies include reliability, attention to detail, accuracy, and results-oriented work.
