Audit and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit and Compliance professional to join our team. This role will involve reviewing KYC files for new and existing clients, identifying main issues and missing information using an innovative and efficient tool.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or Law, with prior experience in a similar function. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as fluency in French and English.
Your Role:- Review of KYC files for new and existing clients, identifying main issues and missing information;
- Conduct customer due diligence checks on new and existing clients to identify and evaluate AML/CTF risks;
- Gather, analyze and maintain AML/KYC documentation;
- Monitor and follow-up regulatory developments and update procedures accordingly;
- Liaise and coordinate with different parties in relation to KYC and AML related matters;
- Be a contact person within the firm for questions or issues raised for Compliance purposes;
- Participate in various internal projects.
- Degree in Business Administration or Law (minimum Bac+3);
- Prior successful experience in a similar function (minimum 2 years);
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourg legal and AML environment;
- Fluency in French and English;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proactive, rigorous and able to meet tight deadlines;
- Team player with ability to work independently;
- Good command of MS Office.
