About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Analyst to join our Trustworthy Shopping Experience team at Amazon Europe. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers from defective and dangerous products, ensuring a worry-free shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing actionable insights through the creation of metrics, dashboards, and deep dive analyses
  • Tracking existing and emerging abuse vectors, generating insights, and defining new initiatives
  • Collaborating with partner teams to define metrics, develop scalable reporting solutions, and provide objective data to inform business decisions
  • Working with data science and engineering teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, or comparable consumer analytics
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
  • Business proficiency in speaking and writing in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced working knowledge of data mining, ETL processes, and data visualization
  • Experience working with machine learning models and data science teams
  • Business proficiency in one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic
