Job Title: Head of Regulatory and Control

Mitsubishi UFJ Investor Services and Banking (Luxembourg) S.A. is a leading financial institution providing a wide range of services to institutional investors. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Compliance department as Head of Regulatory and Control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform controls and identify compliance risks within the Bank.
  • Conduct yearly compliance risk assessments in liaison with the Chief Compliance Officer.
  • Participate in the definition of the compliance monitoring methodology.
  • Conduct monitoring and testing reviews on MIBL activities from a compliance perspective.
  • Assess compliance risks and controls over MIBL activities.
  • Issue compliance monitoring and testing reports, including identification of non-compliance cases that require remediation.
  • Issue corrective action recommendations in case of non-compliance.
Requirements:
  • University degree in law or finance.
  • Appropriate knowledge and understanding of investment funds business.
  • Strong ability to communicate with all counterparts, external and internal.
  • Appropriate PC and communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiatives when necessary.
