Job Description:
The Ground Operations Training team at Cargolux Airlines International S.A. is a dynamic group of professionals working in a multicultural environment. As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering on-site and virtual trainings with subject-matter expertise, creating instructional training material, and ensuring that all training material is up-to-date and aligned with regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create training materials based on regulations, company procedures, and standards
- Deliver on-site and virtual trainings with subject-matter expertise
- Present complex materials in a simplified way to achieve learning objectives
- Follow changes in regulations and procedures and update training material accordingly
Requirements:
- General school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent
- Working experience as qualified loading staff of cargo aircraft
- Previous experience as an instructor is considered an advantage
- Sound communication skills
- Ability to present and give instructions in front of a multicultural audience
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based in Luxembourg
- A certificate of good conduct will be required in case of positive selection
