Lemanik Asset Management SA, a Luxembourg-based Management Company and authorized AIFM, part of Lemanik Group based in Switzerland, is seeking a Compliance Specialist to reinforce its compliance team.
Key Responsibilities- Research and analyze operational and compliance data, including shareholders register composition, blocked accounts, and high-risk accounts.
- Prepare AML reports for clients prior to each board meeting of funds.
- Assist in consolidating and reporting to the CSSF.
- Create and maintain various operational reportings for other departments.
- Prepare AML risk assessments for funds.
- Maintain and develop policies for funds.
- Ensure review of FATCA/CRS reports and filing with regulatory authorities.
- Collect data and prepare due diligence questionnaires/reportings on funds and Lemanik.
- Participate in AML due diligence on external fund administrators/transfer agents.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, finance, law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance and/or AML/CFT within the financial sector, with Big 4 experience being a plus.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Knowledge of investment funds, particularly shareholder register and transfer agent activity.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Autonomous, highly motivated, fast learner, analytical thinker, and keen perceiver.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
