Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Multilingual Office Administrator to join our Luxembourg team at GSK Stockmann.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly and responsible individual to support our reception team, providing exceptional client service and administrative assistance.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills in English and German, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reception services, including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as email management, calendar organization, and data entry.
  • Support event planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Excellent command of English and German languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Experience in handling unexpected situations.
