About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Axis. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for various critical tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking of invoices and general expenses
  • Preparing, documenting, and archiving supporting documentation
  • TAX, VAT declaration, and CSSF reporting
  • End of month bookings (assets amortizations, interests, accruals, and provisions)
  • End of month closing (consolidation, BCL reporting, and procedures review)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • At least 3 years of experience in the banking industry or in audit
  • Excellent knowledge of technical skills, especially in regulatory reporting (CSSF and BCL)
  • Knowledge of IFRS normative and Olympic are an advantage
  • Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a major asset
