Job DescriptionAs a Digital Innovation Expert, you will play a key role in our Sales Business Unit, driving digitalization initiatives and establishing yourself as an expert in energy products and data concepts. Your tasks will include developing and sharing expertise in energy products and services, writing functional specifications, testing, and releasing them on the market. You will also develop energy sharing models and asset management functionalities, participate in product and service management activities, and establish yourself as a change agent to ease optimizations' acceptance across impacted operational functions and stakeholders. Additionally, you will test and manage functional and data quality, document and improve existing processes, and deliver clear analysis documents as an interface between business and IT teams.
You will establish regular reports on ongoing development projects to your hierarchy and anticipate potential points of attention.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a similar field. You should have previous working experience in the energy sector or consultancy and worked on projects related to Energy Management and Data Analytics. Experience with managing platform/customer portal projects is also essential. You must be focused on customer needs, result-driven, creative, motivated, and eager to learn with a high sense of attention to details. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French are required, with good knowledge of Luxembourgish considered a plus.
