As a key member of the XB Consultants team, the Financial Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable and be able to work closely with our accountants and Treasury Team to maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage day-to-day administrative matters related to investment portfolios
Process payments and maintain a payment control list
Maintain cash books and ensure accurate financial records
Arrange and monitor the signature of corporate documents and manage other administrative tasks
Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and external partners
Review supplier forms and supporting documentation from Accounts Payable
Complete call backs and documentation
Approve and reject suppliers based on specific criteria
Maintain supplier databases and support the Vendor Control Manager in their activities
Review and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Provide reporting and support for ad hoc projects
Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluency in English and German, with any other European language an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software quickly
Autonomous, conscientious, rigorous, helpful, and proactive
