Accumalux Group, a leading plastic injection company, is seeking a highly skilled Group Industrial Controller to join its Finance Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for enhancing SAP Controlling (CO) to improve the availability and accuracy of profitability reports.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve SAP Controlling (CO) functionality
- Perform monthly variance analysis and prepare the group performance report
- Document transfer pricing policy and oversee intercompany operations
- Monitor cash flow, including intercompany financing, and ensure Capex fundings
- Coordinate the annual budget for all entities and follow up its implementation
- Assess return on new investments together with operational teams
- Proactively participate in the yearly close and facilitate the group consolidation process
- Carry out ad-hoc analysis and synthesize findings
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a controller in an industrial environment
- Excellent command of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized with a strong work capacity
- English is mandatory, French or any other European language is an advantage
