The company provides third-party Management Company, Corporate Secretary, Regulatory and Strategic Consulting, and Governance Technology solutions to asset, wealth, and fund managers globally, with full substance in Luxembourg and additional offices in Dublin and Zurich.
Job Description: As an Onboarding Manager (AIFM/ManCo), you will be responsible for the onboarding of UCITS and Alternative Funds for a third-party ManCo/AIFM. This role can lead to acting as Account Manager post-onboarding.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Organizing kick-off meetings with clients to understand fund structures and types.
- Ensuring client acceptance of funds by internal committees.
- Setting up regular onboarding calls with clients and service providers for smooth implementation.
- Monitoring operational and regulatory aspects of the onboarding process.
- Coordinating filing with the CSSF (when required).
- Fund passporting in countries where marketing is foreseen.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have approximately 5 years of experience in fund or asset management, thorough knowledge of third-party management company activities, and any type of investment funds. You should also be fluent in English and have good PC skills.
