We are seeking motivated candidates with finance and insurance backgrounds to join our brokerage division as Investment Counsellors to expand our services in France.
The Opportunity:This role involves building long-standing relationships with clients who invest through insurance products such as assurance vie, ensuring they receive exceptional service. As a French AV Investment Counsellor, you will manage high-net-worth client relationships in France from our Luxembourg office, serving as their primary contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with AV clients
- Manage high-net-worth AV client relationships with approximately €100-150 million in assets
- Provide regular portfolio updates and educate clients on financial markets, investment philosophy, and market strategy
- Pursue advanced finance, capital markets, and insurance education through our training program
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years' experience offering Assurance Vie products to clients
- Experience managing relationships of private clients within the banking/wealth/insurance management industry
- A Master's Degree in Finance or Wealth Management (ideally)
- Solid knowledge of financial concepts, markets, insurance concepts, and current events
- Fluent French and English language skills; proficiency in other European languages is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain a positive attitude and empathize with clients in good times and bad
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work while meeting deadlines
